Abstract

This study examines the effect of occupational safety and health (OSH) implementation and work motivation on employee performance. The research aims to analyze both the partial and simultaneous influence of OSH and motivation using T-tests and F-tests. A sample of 34 employees was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Results indicate that both OSH implementation and motivation significantly and positively affect employee performance, with variable contributions reaching 84%.
